Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented CDM Lead Systems Integration Manager/Engineering Manager to join our team in Reston, VA. The primary location is Reston but candidate will need to travel to DC frequently for customer meetings. Could involve up to 10% domestic travel.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Works with the Cyber Architect to develop architectural products and implementation plans and provide high-level deployment expertise. CISSP with 10+ years of cyber engineering experience.

It is desirable that the Lead Systems Integration Manager has the following qualifications:

1.) Current Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.

2.) A minimum of eight years of experience managing integration teams similar to the size, scope, and complexity of the work and environment for a large scale enterprise.

3.) Experience implementing IT security projects in complex and heterogeneous environments, including the following:

a.) Experience developing, configuring, and delivering COTS software in support of enterprise security solutions.

b.) Experience leading integration planning activities of multiple U.S. Government Agencies on a scale similar to this TO.

c.) Experience leading multi-organizational and matrixed technical resources and teams in accordance with approved integration plans and TO terms and conditions.

4.) A minimum of six years of experience managing technical integration and solution delivery issues.

5.) A minimum of four years of IT security operational experience, including assessment of information assurance and interoperability.

6.) Demonstrated expertise in security policy and implementation.

7.) Experience developing and integrating Continuous Monitoring capabilities.
