The purpose of Dignity Health Services Organization (Dignity Health MSO) is to build a system-wide integrated physician-centric, full-service service organization structure. Compensation Range: $25.25 to $48.05 hourly rates, annualized.

IT Security Analyst I

Job Summary

The IT Security Analyst I, will be responsible for assisting with Process Information Security, Identity access requests and or operational incident tickets of low complexity. Additional responsibilities will be to perform basic operational tasks related to access control, following established processes for common request and issues, network and endpoint- security-systems and /or Security Risk processes.

Responsibilities

    • Someone who can pro-actively identify and escalate incidents and operational performance concerns.
    • Responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining network and endpoint security systems.
    • Performs triage function, rerouting requests and incidents as appropriate.
    • Manage , prioritizing tasks and documenting time, and other duties as directed by .
    • Provides assistance when needed on operational incidents and in root-cause analysis efforts to determine improvement opportunities when failures occur.
    • Processes requests, troubleshoots and resolves operational incidents involving network and endpoint security systems. Escalates Information Security Incidents to the ISIRT SOC.
    • Responsible for processing inbound Information Security Incidents from MSSP SOC, Field teams, Site Directors, Compliance/Privacy, Help Desk, and others
    • Processes events, , and information output from these systems, identifying incidents as well as operational performance concerns.
    • Performs incident research, resolution, and managed escalation, occasionally assisting in complex, high-profile incidents.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

IT Security Analyst II

Job Summary

The IT Security Analyst II, will be responsible for assisting with Process Information Security, Identity access requests and or operational incident tickets of medium and some high level complexity. Additional responsibilities will be to perform medium and some high level operational tasks related to access control, following established processes for common request and issues, network and endpoint- security-systems and /or Security Risk processes. In addition the IT Security Analyst II will pro-actively identify,address, and/or escalate incidents and operational performance concerns. Provides assistance and support as requested to Security , IDM , Network , and/or the ISIRT SOC.  

Responsibilities

    • Pro-actively identifies and escalates incidents as well as operational performance concerns.

    • Assists in Continual Service Improvement efforts by identifying opportunities for process improvement.

    • Provides assistance when needed in root-cause analysis efforts to determine improvement opportunities when failures occur.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

IT Security Analyst III

Job Summary

Processes Information Security, Identity access requests and/or operational incident tickets of medium to high complexity. Follows established process for common requests and issues. Determines course of action on uncommon/unique requests. Performs intermediate and complex operational and trouble-shooting tasks related to access control, provisioning requests, network & endpoint-security-systems, and/or Security Risk processes. Pro-actively identifies and escalates incidents and operational performance concerns. May act as an escalation point for other InfoSec  Analysts. Provides assistance and support as requested to Security , IDM , Network , and/or the ISIRT SOC.

Responsibilities

    • Provides assistance and support as requested to Security , IDM , Network , Security Risk and/or Information Security Ops.
    • Pro-actively identifies and escalates incidents as well as operational performance concerns.
    • Manage , prioritizing tasks and documenting time, and other duties as directed.
    • Assists in Continual Service Improvement efforts by identifying opportunities for process improvement. Drives some process improvement efforts.
    • Pursue continuing education to grow and maintain knowledge of best practices, compliance requirements, threats and trends in information security, translating into operational action items, policies, procedures, standards and guidelines as part of the IT Security team.
    • Act as a security advocate for IT operations team’s adherence to Dignity Health policies and industry best practices.
    • Participate in the collection and documentation of departmental knowledge artifacts, participant in the development and population of knowledge and collaboration systems for the IT Security team.
    • Communicates technical information to team members and across the IT Organization.
    • Assists in identifying knowledge gaps and providing training to Analysts and Technicians in the IT Security Organization as directed.
    • Assists in development of training material.

Minimum Qualifications

    • Experience in Windows Office (Work, Excel, etc.) required.

    • 1-2 years experience in related job area (IT support, information security, identity/access , IT Audit, forensics/eDiscovery) strongly preferred

    • Experience in UNIX/Linux OS and/or Cisco IOS preferred.

    • 3+ years of relevant field experience require

Preferred Qualiifcations

    • One or more relevant technical/professional security certifications (such as: COMP-TIA Network+ , Security+, SANS GIAC, CISSP, CRISC, CISA, or vendor-specific) preferred.

    • Experience in an IT role healthcare or hospital/medical industry preferred.

    • Experience in a large corporate environment preferred.

    • 1-2 years experience in programming or system/network operations and administration preferred.

    • Basic skills in Adobe InDesign preferred.

    • Knowledge of health care environments preferred.

    • Functional understanding of regulatory and compliance manages- HIPPA, HITECH, PCO, Sarbanes- Oxely preferred

IT Security Analyst II

Minimum Qualifications

    • 1-2 years experience in related job area (IT support, information security, identity/access , IT Audit, forensics/eDiscovery) strongly preferred Experience in UNIX/Linux OS and/or Cisco IOS preferred. 3+ years of relevant field experience required.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience required.
    • Experience in Windows Office (Work, Excel, etc.) required.
    • One or more relevant technical/professional security certifications (such as: COMP-TIA Network+ , Security+, SANS GIAC, CISSP, CRISC, CISA, or vendor-specific)) required.
    • Minimum one year of experience responding to information security related incidents in an operations environment required.

Preferred Qualiifcations

    • 2-4 years experience in programming or system/network operations and administration preferred.
    • Experience in UNIX/Linux OS and/or Cisco IOS preferred.
    • Functional understanding of regulatory and compliance mandates, including but not limited to HIPAA, HITECH, PCI, Sarbanes-Oxley preferred.
    • Knowledge of troubleshooting, mitigating risk Basic skills in Adobe InDesign preferred.
    • Experience in an IT role healthcare or hospital/medical industry preferred. Experience in a large corporate environment preferred. Knowledge of health care environments preferred.

IT Security Analyst III

Minimum Qualifications

    • 3-4 years experience in related job area (information security, identity/access , IT Audit, forensics/eDiscovery) required. 2-4 years experience in programing or system/network operations and
      administration preferred. Experience in Windows Office (Work, Excel, etc.) required.
    • Bachelor’s Degree - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience required.
    • One or more relevant technical/professional security certifications (such as: COMP-TIA Network+ , Security+, SANS GIAC, CISSP, CRISC, CISA, or vendor-specific) required.

Preferred Qualiifcations

    • Experience in UNIX/Linux OS and/or Cisco IOS preferred.
    • Functional understanding of regulatory and compliance mandates, including but not limited to HIPAA, HITECH, PCI, Sarbanes-Oxley preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of healthcare environments preferred
    • Two or more certifications preferred.

A compensation range of $60K - $82K annualized is the reasonable estimate that CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
