Job Description KEY REQUIREMENTS: Proven major project experience and network security pre-sales required. Technical experience across IT security and network security, experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Checkpoint, Proof Point, and ZScaler. Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships with new and existing clients. Very strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to communicate across all levels of client organizations. Ability to communicate and lead solutions4networks and client team in executing technical plans and projects. Possess industry qualifications such as: Palo Alto PCNSE, Cisco CCNP or CCIE, CISSP, NSE, Certified Ethical Hacker, etc. Ability to assess client organization security posture and create technical roadmap to strengthen network security within their organization. JOB DESCRIPTION: Terrific opportunity for a hands-on Security Practice Lead with vision of how to help take our company to the next level in network security. You will also have a background in providing network security professional services (consulting) and developing vendor agnostic security solutions with a focus on Network Security products. This will be coupled with your ability to manage the technical aspects of large-scale opportunities from initial scoping, architecture, billing of materials, and delivery of products and services. Some responsibilities include: Creating relationships with strategic customers as a trusted advisor for strategy, budgeting, and key projects Providing consulting and implementation services for clients focused on growing professional services and hardware and/or software sales Working directly with the sales team as pre-sales engineer to develop technical aspects of project and to generate BoM’s, quotations, and other pre-sales documentation. Providing direct engineering services to clients Facilitating market growth through the utilization of technical skills and relationship building Ability to provide guidance in company planning of network security practice (vision, goals, and tactical requirements) Embraces continuous education by maintaining current industry certifications and pursuing new certifications as needed Building relationships with vendor partners Assisting leadership team with creating business plans for development of Network Security Practice Essential Requirements to be successful at this role include: At least ten (10) years of experience in network security engineering with a minimum of seven (7) years of experience on design and architecture. At least seven (7) years of experience managing large network engineering projects At least seven (7) years of proven experience in engineering, executing, and managing complex network security projects Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Network Security Pre-Sales Prior experience as a consultant or vendor pre-sales engineer Broad technical experience across network and IT Security with deep knowledge in all facets of Network Security Strong understanding of Network Security Products Experience in cultivating relationships with new and existing clients Exceptional presentation and communication skills both written and verbal Candidate should have some level of Industry/Manufacturer Qualifications/certifications such as CCIE, PCNSE, CISSP, NSE 4, etc. Salary plus bonus. 75% benefits paid for by company including spouse and family (if needed).
